TERMS OF CANCELATION
You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on your screen. If your booking includes booking fees, please note that these are non-refundable. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has arisen.
Free cancellation 24 hours before check-in time on your day of arrival (check-in is at 3 p.m.). If canceled later or in case of no-show at the hotel, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of the cancellation costs (except for non-cancellable non-refundable offers).
TAXES
The prices are displayed including VAT. The tourist tax, the governmental or local taxes will be requested in addition.
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME
Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. The billing of an additional night may result from not respecting this departure time limit. It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” box on the booking form to advise of your estimated time of arrival, particularly if it is late.
Arrival time (from): 15:00
Early check-in : 35 euros
Departure time limit: 12:00
Late check-out till 15:00 ; 35 euros
Later than 15:00 the rate of a supplementary night will be charged
Reception opening hours: 24 hour reception
An identity document will be requested at check in.
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
Your debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your booking and any damages to your room.
